On the morning of this Fall Equinox
I went back to school!
I've enrolled in the nutritional consulting course
at Bauman College in Penngrove, California.
For the next seventeen months
I will delve deeply into one of my passions,
which is food,
and all the different ways
that food heals and delights
all of our senses.
5 stalks of celery
3 baby bok choy
