Sunday Smoothies ~ Fig Delight

As we move into Fall
the figs are abundant and ripe
with delicious sweetness...
They make the perfect addition to my smoothies
and I hope you enjoy adding them to yours!

Fig Delight

Ingredients:
Please use organic!

  • 1 cup homemade cashew milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoon fresh ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon crunchy almond butter
  • 3 to 6 figs (stems removed)
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • six drops of stevia, less or more to your taste
  • 1/4 cup of water, more or less for desired consistency

Optional Toppings:

  • Cacao Nibs
  • Bee Pollen
  • Sliced figs

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and swirl until well blended!
  2. Top with toppings
  3. Enjoy!
