haiku my heart ~ Salt & Olive Oil

It’s down to sprinkling
salt and drizzling olive oil…
simple miracles.

For roasted broccoli...
~preheat oven to 425 degrees
~drizzle and toss fresh broccoli and stems with olive oil
~sprinkle with sea salt
~place on roasting pan in centre of oven
~bake for 20 minutes
~eat while hot or cold in a salad

my favorite sea salt
is from Maldon, Essex, England
now found in stores... everywhere
