Studio M

A table with some papers and a cup

Setting up my new art studio at the Fulton Crossing Art Gallery has been a wonderful process of listening to the new space and discovering where things go. Since I am outside the actual gallery, at the south-end of the complex, I have been looking for ways to make the outside of the studio inviting and noticeable.

I was inspired to hang my rainbow colored Santa Rosa Labyrinths, created for me by iSpiritual Labyrinths many years ago, on one side of my door. And a Zentangle piece that I created this year on the other side. The Zentangle piece had the letter “G” (for my last name) at the center and I realized that could be misleading for people looking for me in Studio M.

An easy fix to create a new tile to go at the center with the letter “M.”

And my outdoor Studio M letter is now in place!
